Last night, grilled steaks and extended until the trim. I boiled potatoes in the microwave, then cut into slices an inch thick. In a skillet, put a half a tablespoon of olive oil and half a tablespoon of the butter. When it was hot, I have to give the potatoes in the pan, cut side down. When the potatoes are crispy on the one hand, I gave them and cook the other side of him. A pinch of sea salt and freshly were finished. I have something similar to the Brussels sprouts, I steamed in the microwave oven, crushed, then. A little butter and olive oil in a saucepan, add the Brussels sprouts and heat through, until lightly brown. Add a touch of salt and serve.

Other meat and potatoes are a favorite meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn, roast, roasted chicken with roasted potatoes, lamb chops with potatoes, home baked pork chops (with or mashed potatoes or roasted).
